Introducing the Leadership Academy for Young Zimbabweans

Do you have a love and passion for your country, Zimbabwe? Do you ever wonder how you can meet other like-minded young and ambitious Zimbabweans who want to be the change they want to see in the world?

You are not alone. We have spent the greater part of 2023 developing a programme to create the spaces, networks and resources to accelerate the talents of young Zimbabweans while enhancing their leadership capacities.

We also surveyed a diverse group of young Zimbabweans and built a leadership academy that reflects the participants' preferences for a comprehensive and supportive programme. Incorporating elements such as mentorship, masterclasses and goal-centered activities to help young Zimbabweans overcome obstacles and achieve their aspirations.

By joining the programme, you will be inducted into a cohort of young and ambitious Zimbabweans ready to impact the global economy.

On this programme, we are determined to accelerate your development into global Zimbabwean citizens that build for the future economy

Over the course of the 6-week leadership programme, you will:

• Take part in a series of online masterclasses focusing on a range of key capacities, from how to create change to how to accelerate your career to branding yourself online
• Be matched with a successful Mentor that compliments your skills in your individual cluster and who will mentor you after the programme
• The chance to be funded to deliver special project is to be announced on the programme

We are looking for young Zimbabweans who want to occupy space. We value integrity, energy and a willingness to collaborate with others. If you are keen to develop your leadership capabilities, accelerate your career, and/or expand your network,. This programme is for you 

The only requirements for applying for this programme are:

• You are aged 18–30.
• I can commit to a 6-week online leadership and mentorship programme
• Have a grand idea for change and impact. -This could be a campaign, social enterprise, business or social action project you want to bring to Zimbabwe and the world
